Refund Policy

At Lumineuse Cosmetics, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.

If you are not entirely happy with your product, we’re here to help.

We offer refunds or exchanges only under specific circumstances. These include instances where a product is found to be faulty or damaged upon arrival. Additionally, if you experience an allergic reaction to one of our products, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange, provided that appropriate proof is supplied.

However, certain items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns for items that are simply unwanted or due to a change of mind. Specifically, opened makeup cannot be returned for hygiene purposes, except in cases where an allergic reaction has occurred, for which proof will be required.

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we will gladly exchange it or provide a refund. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged or faulty item with images. Returned items must be received by us within 14 days of receipt

1. Returns

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require the order number.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exceptions

  • Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

    • Gift cards

    • Sale items
